FAQs

Who do you provide staff for?

We supply trained, reliable staff to NDIS and aged care providers across Perth. Our team supports participants and older adults in the community, in-home, and supported living environments, specialising in support workers, domestic assistants, and community access staff. At this stage, we are not taking on direct, permanent participants, allowing us to focus fully on delivering responsive and high-quality staffing solutions for our provider partners. If you’re an individual seeking ongoing support, we’re happy to connect you with our trusted sister organisation, Holte Home & Community Care, renowned for their compassionate and consistent service.

What types of roles can you fill?

We can provide a wide range of qualified support staff, including:

  • Personal care and daily living support

  • Overnight and 24-hour care staff

  • Community access and social support

  • Domestic assistance, cleaning, and light gardening

Whether you need short-term coverage or ongoing placements, we’ll match you with the right person for your service. Find out more by viewing our services page.

How do I request staff?

Simply submit a staffing request form through our website or contact our team directly on 1300000000. We’ll ask for a few details about the role, shift type, location, and participant needs, then match you with the most suitable, pre-vetted staff member.

Our process is quick, simple, and designed to get you the solution you need — fast.

Are your staff qualified and screened?

We make staffing stress-free and reliable by ensuring all our staff meet NDIS and aged care compliance requirements. Every team member undergoes a rigorous vetting process, including:

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check

  • National Police Check

  • Reference and qualification verification

  • Mandatory training and induction

We only work with staff who uphold the NDIS Code of Conduct and consistently demonstrate integrity, empathy, and professionalism, giving you confidence in every placement.

What is your minimum shift time?

All shift requests must comply with the NDIS Commission, Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission and the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services (SCHADS) Award.

This ensures:

  • Fair and lawful pay rates for all staff

  • Appropriate shift lengths and breaks

  • Compliance with participant and worker safety standards

We work closely with providers to confirm that every shift arrangement is compliant, ethical, and transparent before placement. Our minimum shift time is 2 hours and overnights have a minimum of 4 hours active either before or after the sleepover component.

How quickly can you fill a shift?

We understand how critical last-minute coverage can be. Our team is available 24/7 and can often fill urgent shifts within hours or less, depending on staff availability and location. For ongoing or regular support, we’ll help you establish a consistent roster with familiar, reliable staff.

Do you provide ongoing or permanent staffing?

Yes — we offer both casual coverage for short-term needs and ongoing placements for longer-term consistency. Our goal is to provide reliable, trusted support that integrates seamlessly into your existing team.

Can you provide staff for overnight or weekend shifts?

Yes, having industry experience, we understand how last-minute staff member cancellations for overnight shifts can really rock the boat, especially on the weekend. We have a dedicated team available for overnight, weekend, and public holiday coverage. Our workers are trained to deliver active overnight, sleepover, and 24-hour supports safely and professionally.
